For 2022, I have decided I would share my thoughts in 150 words or fewer every Saturday on a common business word or recent buzzword. These are just my quick thoughts on what the word may mean or how it may apply to our retail world. Enjoy.

This may be one of my least favorite words that is commonly used in retail. It is over-used, misused, and generally used as an excuse.
