Effective Retail Leadership comes from experience.

I have over 30 years of proven retail leadership experience including talent development, streamlining operational processes, and delivering consistent results. My experience as an executive leader includes both corporate and field based roles. In those positions I have been directly responsible for more than $1 Billion in annual sales, managed expense budgets in excess of $500 Million, and managed the budgeting process in all aspects for more than $5 Billion in annualized sales. Additionally, I have provided leadership direction as a Regional Vice President to field based teams supporting over 300 retail store locations. In the role of Vice President of Store Operations, I supported the entire retail business unit, inclusive of strategic support for all programs and initiatives. The Operations role honed my ability to lead a team in the development of efficient and effective operational processes ensuring optimized productivity and customer experience. I have delivered speaking engagements to groups of more than 1,000 as well as facilitated more intimate venues such as group development sessions.
